摘  要:目的总结膳食营养管理预防老年认知障碍发生、发展的最佳证据。方法依据循证“6S”证据模型,自上而下检索中英文数据库、指南网站有关膳食营养管理措施预防老年认知障碍发生、发展的的相关文献,检索时间为建库至2024年11月3日。由2名研究人员对证据内容进行翻译、提取与汇总。结果共纳入18篇文献,包含2篇指南,4篇专家共识,12篇系统评价。总结了包含膳食模式的调整、不良饮食习惯的避免、关键营养素的摄入、有益食物的种类与推荐量、健康教育与指导5个方面共25条证据。结论本研究基于循证的研究方法总结了膳食营养管理预防老年认知障碍发生、发展的最佳证据,可为医务人员进行临床实践提供循证依据。Objective To summarize the best evidence for dietary nutrition management to prevent the occurrence and progression of cognitive impairment in the elderly.Methods According to the evidence-based"6S"model,relevant literature on dietary nutrition management measures to prevent the occurrence and development of cognitive impairment in the elderly was searched from top to bottom in both Chinese and English databases and guideline websites.The search peri-od covered from the establishment of the database to November 3,2024.The content of the evidence was translated,ex-tracted,and summarized by 2 researchers.Results A total of 18 articles were included,comprising 2 guidelines,4 ex-pert consensus,and 12 systematic reviews.A total of 25 pieces of evidence were summarized in 5 areas,covering dietary pattern adjustments,avoidance of unhealthy eating habits,intake of key nutrients,types and recommended amounts of beneficial foods,and health education and guidance.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence of dietary nutrition management in preventing the occurrence and development of cognitive impairment in the elderly based on evi-dence-based research methods,which can provide evidence-based basis for medical personnel in clinical practice.
