摘　　要：本文探讨了护理人员在使用心电监护仪过程中面临的报警疲劳问题,分析了其产生原因,并提出了一系列针对性干预措施。报警疲劳的主要原因包括设备过度报警、患者生理特殊性以及护理实践中的不足。为应对这些问题,建议加强护理人员培训,提升其对报警管理的认知和技术水平;优化报警设置,根据患者个体化需求调整报警参数和音量;改进护理技术,规范操作流程并加强设备维护,从而减少误报。通过综合实施这些措施,能够有效缓解报警疲劳,提升护理质量和患者安全。This article explores the issue of alarm fatigue faced by nursing staff during the use of electrocardiogram monitors,analyzes its underlying causes,and proposes a series of targeted intervention measures.The primary causes of alarm fatigue include excessive device alarms,the physiological of patients,and shortcomings in nursing practices.In or-der to address these issues,it is recommended to strengthen the training of nursing staff to enhance their awareness and technical proficiency in alarm management;optimize alarm settings by adjusting alarm parameters and volume based on in-dividual patient needs;and improve nursing techniques by standardizing operational procedures and strengthening equip-ment maintenance,thereby reducing false alarms.Through the comprehensive implementation of these measures,alarm fa-tigue can be effectively alleviated,leading to improved nursing quality and patient safety.
