摘  要:现代研究发现,雷公藤具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗血栓形成、抑制血管平滑肌细胞异常增殖、调节脂质代谢、改善心肌纤维化及减轻血管重构等多重作用,在心血管系统疾病中展现出多靶点干预潜力。本文综述雷公藤及其活性成分抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块形成、改善心肌缺血损伤、延缓血管重构进程等内容,系统阐明其多维度调控机制,以期为雷公藤在心血管疾病的临床应用和深入研究提供理论支持。Recent research has unveiled the diverse effects of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.,including anti-inflam-matory,anti-oxidative stress,anti-thrombotic,anti-proliferative actions on vascular smooth muscle cells,lipid metabolism regulation,myocardial fibrosis improvement,and vascular remodeling alleviation.These findings underscore its potential for multi-target intervention in cardiovascular diseases.This review examines the inhibitory effects of Tripterygium wil-fordii Hook.f.and its active constituents on atherosclerotic plaque formation,myocardial ischemic injury improvement,and vascular remodeling delay,elucidating its comprehensive regulatory mechanisms.The aim is to offer theoretical under-pinning for the clinical application and further exploration of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.in cardiovascular diseases.
