摘　　要：基于2012—2023年间以家族企业为样本的50篇实证文献,通过Meta分析方法,探讨家族管理及其细分维度(家族所有权、家族管理权与家族控制)对企业国际化的影响,并深入剖析潜在调节因素在这一关系中的作用。结果表明:家族管理对企业国际化存在显著的负向影响;采用国际化广度衡量企业国际化时,家族管理对企业国际化的负向影响更显著;来自发展中国家、中小规模和处于市场稳定期的家族企业,家族管理对企业国际化的阻碍作用更明显;家族管理与企业国际化的负向关系在学术期刊研究成果中的显著性更强。Based on 50 empirical papers and taking family businesses as samples from 2012 to 2023,through the Meta-analysis method,this study explores the impact of family management and its sub-dimensions(family ownership,family management rights and family control)on the internationalization of enterprises,and deeply analyzes the role of potential moderating factors in this relationship.The results show that family manage-ment has a significant negative impact on the internationalization of enterprises.When using the breadth of inter-nationalization to measure the internationalization of enterprises,the negative impact of family management on the internationalization of enterprises is more significant.For family businesses from developing countries,small and medium-sized enterprises,and those in a stable market period,the obstructive effect of family management on the internationalization of enterprises is more obvious.The negative relationship between family management and en-terprise internationalization is more significant in the research results of academic journals.
