摘  要:【目的】阐明不同生境小檗灌丛土壤生态化学计量特征与环境因子的复杂关系,以及环境因子如何影响土壤养分分布,为高寒灌木林的可持续经营管理提供理论依据。【方法】以西藏地区砂生小檗、拉萨小檗、工布小檗和林芝小檗4种典型小檗为研究对象,分别设置3个5 m×5 m标准样地,每个样地采用对角线布点法挖取3个土壤剖面,按0~10、10~20、20~40、40~60、60~100 cm分层采集土壤样品,测定土壤有机碳(SOC)、全氮(TN)、碱解氮(AN)、全磷(TP)、速效磷(AP)、全钾(TK)、速效钾(AK)含量并计算化学计量比(C∶N、C∶P、C∶K、N∶P、N∶K、P∶K),采用单因素方差分析、Pearson相关性分析及冗余分析(RDA)等方法,对小檗灌丛土壤养分含量及化学计量特征与环境因子(海拔、经度、纬度、坡度、土壤酸碱度、土壤含水量、植被盖度等)的关系进行研究。【结果】4种生境小檗土壤均偏酸性(pH<7.0),且随土层的加深而增大,其中0~10与60~100 cm土层pH差异显著(P<0.05)。4种生境小檗样地0~100 cm土层的SOC、TN、AN、TP、AP、TK、AK平均含量分别为14.93~41.07 g/kg、0.83~2.81 g/kg、116.63~249.35 mg/kg、0.38~0.81 g/kg、3.75~8.07 mg/kg、13.48~17.06 g/kg、40.70~193.91 mg/kg,土壤养分的C∶N、C∶P、C∶K、N∶P、N∶K、P∶K分别为10.55~19.73、22.76~50.16、0.93~1.89、1.93~3.39、0.05~0.17、0.02~0.05。SOC、TN、AN含量及C∶P、N∶P、C∶K、N∶K整体上随土层深度的增大而减少,TP、AP、TK、AK含量和C∶N、P∶K随土层深度的增加无一致规律。分析表明,氮(N)是研究区域内主要的营养限制性元素。从相关性分析和RDA排序来看,土壤含水量、植被盖度、海拔以及经度与化学计量比呈显著正相关,土壤pH、坡度和纬度与化学计量比呈显著负相关,其中土壤含水量、植被盖度、坡度和海拔是影响土壤养分及其化学计量比的主要环境因子。【结论】4种生境小檗灌丛土【Objective】The study delineated the intricate interconnections between soil chemical proportions and environmental variables across various habitats of Berberis shrub thickets,as well as the environmental determinants influencing the spatial distribution of soil nutrients,and to provide theoretical basis for sustainable management of alpine shrub forests.【Method】Four typical Berberis species from the Xizang region(B.sabulicola,B.hemsleyana,B.kongboensis and B.temolaica)were selected as study subjects.Three 5 m×5 m standard plots were set up respectively.In each plot,three soil profiles were dug using the diagonal point method.Soil samples were collected in layers of 0-10,10-20,20-40,40-60 and 60-100 cm.The contents of soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),available nitrogen(AN),total phosphorus(TP),available phosphorus(AP),total potassium(TK) and available potassium(AK) were determined,and the stoichiometric ratios(C∶N,C∶P,C∶K,N∶P,N∶K,P∶K) were calculated.One-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis and Redundancy analysis(RDA) were used to study the relationship between soil nutrient content and stoichiometric characteristics of Berberis shrubland and environmental factors(altitude,longitude,latitude,slope,soil pH,soil moisture content and vegetation coverage,etc.).【Result】The soil pH of Berberis in the four habitats was all less than 7.0 and slightly acidic,and it increased with the depth of the soil.The pH of the 0-10 cm and 60-100 cm soil layers was significantly different(P<0.05).The average contents of SOC,TN,AN,TP,AP,TK and AK in the 0-100 cm soil layer of the four types of Berberis habitat plots were 14.93-41.07 g/kg,0.83-2.81 g/kg,116.63-249.35 mg/kg,0.38-0.81 g/kg,3.75-8.07 mg/kg,13.48-17.06 g/kg and 40.70-193.91 mg/kg,respectively.The ratio of C∶N,C∶P,C∶K,N∶P,N∶K and P∶K is 10.55-19.73,22.76-50.16,0.93-1.89,1.93-3.39,0.05-0.17 and 0.02-0.05 respectively.Overall,SOC,TN,and AN contents,along with C∶P,N∶P,C∶K and N∶K ratios,decreased with increasing soil de
