摘　　要：发展新闻学作为第三世界国家应对现代化焦虑、冷战阴影及反殖民诉求的重要工具,旨在报道影响发展议题的政策、议程、活动及事件。随着人工智能技术逐步应用于新闻生产的各个环节,发展新闻学也得以更高效、精准地报道全球地方化议题。通过回望发展新闻学的生成逻辑,分析其在人工智能技术赋能下的内容生产自主性、信息传播精准性及中国方案的共识性,强调人工智能技术与发展新闻学的共生关系。人工智能技术不仅成为缝合发展新闻实践的“针”与“线”,还与发展新闻学形成互文关系,为第三世界国家在全球信息传播秩序中争取更多自主性和话语权。未来,第三世界国家需进一步把握技术红利、警惕潜在风险、加强国际合作,推动人工智能技术与发展新闻学共生共荣。Development journalism has served as a vital tool for third-world countries in addressing modernization anxiety,the legacy of the Cold War,and anti-colonial aspirations.Its primary goal is to report on policies,agendas,activities,and events that shape development-related issues.With the gradual integration of artificial intelligence(AI) technology into various stages of news production,development journalism has become more efficient and accurate in reporting global and localized issues.This study revisits the generative logic of development journalism,examining its content production autonomy,information dissemination precision,and the formation of consensus on the “Chinese approach” under AI empowerment.It emphasizes the symbiotic relationship between AI technology and development journalism,wherein AI acts as the “needle” and “thread” that stitches together journalistic practices while establishing an intertextual connection with development journalism.This symbiosis enables third-world countries to gain greater autonomy and discourse power within the global information dissemination order.Looking ahead,third-world countries must seize the opportunities brought by AI technology,remain vigilant against its potential risks,foster international cooperation,and advance the mutual prosperity of AI technology and development journalism.
