摘  要:流域治理是生态环境治理体系的重要内容,数字化技术是推动流域治理现代化的有效路径。以中国知网收录的1992—2024年重要期刊论文为数据来源,借助知识图谱分析工具,深入剖析流域治理在数字化技术不同发展阶段的研究态势与特色。研究发现,数字化技术迭代下的流域治理研究经历了传统技术期、信息化建设期、集成化发展期和智慧水利构建期四个阶段,形成了技术赋能驱动典型地区流域治理模式迭代、技术融合推动流域治理现代化、前沿技术攻关破解流域治理关键难题三大热点研究领域。在这一过程中,数字化技术的迭代推动了流域治理实践的演化变迁,使得治理视角从单一的水利工程扩展到全流域生态系统,治理模式从静态管理转变为动态监测与实时响应,治理主体也从政府主导逐渐转变为多方协同参与。这一演化过程深刻揭示了技术变革与理论研究之间的互动机制,即技术变革触发政策实践和理论研究,数字化技术与流域治理实践需求的深度结合是推动流域治理现代化的核心动能。在中国式现代化的新征程中,以技术赋能推动流域治理现代化,必须加强以数字孪生流域为核心的智慧水利体系建设,以技术创新推动重要流域构建上下游贯通一体的生态环境治理体系,从而勾勒出中国式流域治理现代化的新图景。Watershed governance is a vital component of the ecological and environmental governance system,and digital technology offers an effective pathway to modernizing watershed governance.Drawing on key journal papers indexed in CNKI from 1992 to 2024 and employing knowledge mapping tools,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the research trends and characteristics of watershed governance across different stages of digital technology development.The findings illustrate that research on watershed governance under digital technology iteration has progressed through four stages:the traditional technology phase,the informatization phase,the integration phase,and the smart water management phase.Three key research areas emerge:technology-enabled iterative governance models in typical regions,technology integration driving the modernization of watershed governance,and cutting-edge technological breakthroughs addressing critical challenges in watershed governance.The iterative advancement of digital technology has driven transformative changes in watershed governance practices.Governance perspectives have evolved from a focus on single hydraulic engineering projects to whole-watershed ecosystem management.Governance models have shifted from static management to dynamic monitoring and real-time response,while governance actors have transitioned from government-led approaches to multi-stakeholder collaborations.This evolution underscores the interaction mechanism between technological innovation and theoretical research,revealing that technological revolutions stimulate both policy practice and academic inquiry.The integration of digital technology with watershed governance needs is identified as the core driver of modernization in watershed governance.Amid China's new journey toward modernization,leveraging digital technology to drive watershed governance modernization requires strengthening the development of smart water management systems centered on digital twin watersheds.This approach should harness technological i
