摘　　要：开展工人运动是党成立初期的重要任务之一。面对当时工人阶级意识淡薄、组织涣散的现实境况,王尽美以贴近群众、统一思想、谋势而动为基本思路,创造性地将灌输教育、舆论宣传和组织建设相结合开展思想动员,取得了一系列工人运动的胜利。通过思想动员工作,不仅改善了工人生存状况,更提升了工人阶级意识,推动了北方地区乃至全国工人运动的深入发展。实践表明,坚持党的领导是思想动员的根本保证,践行群众路线是思想动员的内在要求,创新工作方法是思想动员的有效途径。这些宝贵历史经验对新时代加强党的思想政治工作具有重要的启示意义。Promoting the workers' movement was one of the primary tasks of the Communist Party of China(CPC) in its early days.Confronted with the weak class consciousness and disorganized state of the working class at that time,Wang Jinmei adopted a people-centered approach,focusing on unifying thought and strategically mobilizing actions.He creatively integrated indoctrination and education,public opinion propaganda,and organizational building into the process of ideological mobilization,achieving a series of significant victories in the workers' movement.This ideological mobilization not only improved the living conditions of workers but also heightened their class consciousness,thereby advancing the workers' movement across northern China and even the entire nation.Practice has demonstrated that upholding the leadership of the CPC is the fundamental guarantee for effective ideological mobilization,adhering to the mass line is an intrinsic requirement,and innovating methods of work is an essential approach.These valuable historical experiences offer important insights for enhancing the CPC's ideological and political work in the new era.
