摘  要:针对城轨载客列车在起动与制动时,造成的牵引网电压波动幅度较大问题,设计城市载客轨道列车储能式混合动力牵引装置,稳定牵引网电压。结合直交(DC-AC)牵引传动模块与包含钛酸锂锂离子电池组、DC/DC变换器、超级电容器组、预充电回路等的混合储能模块,形成车载储能式混合动力牵引装置,设计DC/DC变换器操控装置,管理钛酸锂电池组与超级电容器组这两种储能元件。列车制动时,预充电回路会储存能量,启动阶段,这些能量被释放,并通过直交牵引传动系统转化为列车前进的动力。该装置在充电过程中,各个电池单体或模块的充电电压能够保持稳定,安全性较高,且具有较高的储能/释能效率,可快速稳定牵引网电压。To solve the problem of significant voltage fluctuation in the traction network caused by the starting and braking of urban rail passenger trains,an energy storage hybrid traction device for urban passenger rail trains is designed to stabilize the traction network voltage.By combining the direct current(DC)-alternating current(AC)traction transmission module with a hybrid energy storage module that includes lithium titanate Li-ion battery packs,DC/DC converter,super-capacitor pack,pre-charging circuit,a vehicle-mounted energy storage hybrid traction device is formed.A DC/DC converter control device is designed to manage lithium titanate battery pack and super-capacitor pack.During train braking,the pre-charging circuit stores energy.During the start-up phase,this energy is released and converted into the power for the train to move forward through the DC-AC traction transmission system.During the charging process,the charging voltage of each battery or module can be kept in steady,with high safety and high energy storage and release efficiency,can quickly stabilize the traction network voltage.
