摘  要:2025年1月,国家发展改革委和能源局联合发布《关于深化新能源上网电价市场化改革促进新能源高质量发展的通知》,标志着新能源电价机制全面市场化,并取消强制配储政策,推动储能行业从“政策驱动”向“市场驱动”转变。短期内,储能市场需求承压,行业竞争加剧;长期来看,市场化改革将拓展储能商业模式,如虚拟电厂、独立储能电站、电力现货交易等,提升储能系统的经济性和利用率。国际市场竞争加剧,欧美碳足迹要求与本土化生产限制对我国储能企业提出挑战,需通过全球化供应链布局和技术创新增强竞争力。储能行业需深化市场化机制、优化政策协同及完善标准体系,实现高质量发展。In January 2025,the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the Notice on Deepening the Market-Oriented Reform of New Energy Grid Electricity Prices to Promote High-Quality Development of New Energy,marking the full marketization of the new energy electricity pricing mechanism and the cancellation of the mandatory energy storage policy.This transition shifts the energy storage industry from"policy-driven"to"market-driven"development.In the short term,the energy storage market faces demand pressure,the industry competition is intensified.In the long term,marketization reforms will expand business models such as virtual power plants,independent energy storage power stations and electricity spot market trading,improving the economic viability and utilization efficiency of energy storage systems.Intensified global market competition,carbon footprint regulations in Europe and the United States,localization requirements pose challenges for Chinese energy storage enterprises.To enhance competitiveness,companies must optimize global supply chain strategies and drive technological innovation.The energy storage industry must deepen market-oriented mechanisms,enhance policy coordination and refine standardization systems to achieve high-quality development.
