文旅融合视域下大城市边缘区乡村振兴的制约因素与发展路径探究——以北京市涧沟村为例

摘　　要：乡村文旅融合是推进乡村振兴的重要途径,实现乡村文旅高质量发展对于推动乡风文明建设与乡村治理效能提升具有重要的现实意义。本文首先基于大城市边缘区乡村的特点与相关政策和文献梳理,从发展机遇与联动效应两方面明确文旅融合对大城市边缘区乡村振兴的重要意义。其次,以北京市门头沟区妙峰山镇涧沟村文旅融合发展实践为例,解析当前大城市边缘区乡村文旅融合仍存在的融合理念认知不清、资源保用机制不明和旅游产品转化不畅三方面制约因素。最终,基于文旅融合视域提出以乡土文化与城郊旅游为核心的大城市边缘区乡村振兴发展路径,包括创新文化记忆内涵、整合文旅特色资源、拓展管理运营模式,以期为大城市边缘区发展乡村文旅、助力乡村振兴提供决策支撑。The integration of rural culture and tourism serves as a vital approach to promoting rural revitalization.Achieving high-quality development in this field holds significant practical value for advancing rural civilization and enhancing governance efficiency.Drawing on the development characteristics of villages in large urban fringe areas,as well as relevant policies and literature,this paper first elucidates the importance of culturetourism integration for rural revitalization in metropolitan fringe zones,particularly in terms of development opportunities and synergistic effects.Subsequently,using Jiangou Village in Miaofengshan Town,Mentougou District,Beijing as a case study of culture-tourism integration practices,we analyze three major constraints hindering such integration in fringe villages:ambiguous understanding of integration concepts,inadequate resource preservation and utilization mechanisms,and inefficient tourism product transformation.Finally,from the perspective of culture-tourism integration,we propose a rural revitalization development pathway for large urban fringe areas,centering on local culture and suburban tourism.This pathway encompasses innovations in cultural heritage interpretation,integrated development of cultural and tourism resources,and diversified management and operation models.Our findings aim to provide decision-making support for cultural-tourism development in metropolitan fringe villages and contribute to rural revitalization endeavors.
