摘 要:共建“一带一路”背景下,边境口岸地区从内陆走向开放前沿。但边境口岸地区远离经济发展中心,城市与人口规模偏小,产业基础薄弱,是国家区域协调发展的薄弱地区。为提升口岸城市的经济发展动能,指导口岸城市建设布局,本文重点选取了分布于不同地区发展较快,已形成一定规模的10个边境口岸城市,通过对其产业结构、人口增长及城市空间布局等特征进行分析,总结边境口岸市产城人发展特征,从产业政策、产业体系构建和建设空间布局等方面对边境口岸城市规划及产业发展提供了建议。In the context of the joint development of the'Belt and Road Initiative',border port regions have transitioned from inland locations to the forefront of opening-up.However,these regions remain geographically distant from economic development hubs,face challenges of limited urban scales,small populations,underdeveloped industrial bases,and serve as weak links in China's coordinated regional development framework.To enhance the economic growth momentum of port cities and optimize their construction layouts,this research prioritizes the analysis of 10 rapidly developing border port cities across different regions that have achieved initial scale.Through systematic examination of their industrial structures,demographic trends,and urban spatial configurations,the study identifies distinct patterns of industrial-urban-population synergy in border port cities.Policy recommendations are formulated from three dimensions-industrial policy formulation,industrial ecosystem construction,and urban spatial planning-to inform the strategic development of border port cities.
