摘　　要：5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)是一种具有广泛运用前景的平台化合物,并且此前被报道在离体条件下具有较好的杀线活性,但其在常温下的不稳定性极大地限制了其进一步的开发与应用。本研究首先使用甲壳素单体氨基葡萄糖制备获得了HMF(产率为42.1%),随后使用层状黏土矿物膨润土作为载体负载HMF,使HMF的常温稳定性获得了有效提升,并在盆栽实验中验证了该载药体系对线虫的杀灭活性。最后,通过一系列结构表征手段,初步解释了HMF与膨润土结合获得稳定性的原因。本研究实现了HMF在常温下的长期稳定储存,并扩充了当前根结线虫防控的手段。5-Hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)is a platform compound with broad prospects for application and significant in vitro nematocidal activity.However,its instability at room temperature has greatly limited its further development and usage.In this experiment,HMF was first synthesized using glucosamine,a monomer derived from chitin,with a yield of 42.1%.Subsequently,the layered clay mineral bentonite was employed as a carrier for loading HMF,which effectively improved its stability at room temperature.The nematicidal activity of this drug-carrying system was verified in pot experiments.Finally,the reasons for the stability obtained by the combination of HMF and bentonite were preliminarily explained through a series of structural characterization techniques.Thus,the long-term storage stability of HMF at room temperature was realized,and the current methods of root-knot nematode control were expanded.
