摘　　要：本研究立足社区治理生态系统理论视角,以党建引领下的物业服务企业参与社区治理为研究对象,通过文献研究、实地调研、深度访谈等方式收集数据,把握不同地区社区治理的实践经验与存在问题,提炼出社区治理生态系统形成的关键要素和演化路径,构建了党建引领物业管理融入社区治理生态模型。This study is based on the theoretical perspective of the community governance ecosystem,taking the participation of property service enterprises led by party construction in community governance as the research object.Through literature research,field investigation,in-depth interviews and other methods to collect data,it grasps the practical experience and existing problems of community governance in different regions,extracts the key elements and evolution path of the formation of the community governance ecosystem,and constructs a community governance ecosystem model led by party construction and integrated into property management.
