摘  要:先进超声检测技术包括超声衍射时差法检测、相控阵超声检测和全聚焦超声检测等,具有检测灵敏度高、检测数据可记录并能离线分析、缺陷显示直观以及检测速度快等优势,在核岛主设备制造中具有广阔的应用前景。介绍了先进超声检测技术在核岛主设备制造过程中应用的相关案例,展示了先进超声检测技术对于不同类型检测对象和缺陷的检测优势与不足,以推动相关技术在民用核安全设备无损检测中的正确应用。The advanced ultrasonic testing technologies,including time-of-flight diffraction(TOFD)testing,phased array ultrasonic testing,and total focusing method(TFM)ultrasonic testing,offer advantages such as high detection sensitivity,recordable and offline analyzable data,intuitive defect visualization,and rapid inspection speed.These technologies have broad application prospects in the manufacturing of nuclear island main equipment.The article presented relevant case studies on the application of advanced ultrasonic testing technologies in the manufacturing process of nuclear island main equipment.It demonstrated both the strengths and limitations of these technologies in detecting different types of inspection targets and defects,aiming to promote their proper application in the nondestructive testing of civil nuclear safety equipment.
