摘 要:通过高温固相法合成了Li_(2)Mg_(3)TiO_(6)∶Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对物相结构进行分析;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对微观形貌进行表征;荧光光谱仪(PL)对粉体进行光学性能测试。结果表明:Eu^(3+)掺入后Li_(2)Mg_(3)TiO_(6)晶体结构没有发生改变;样品颗粒分布均匀,平均粒径尺寸为2.8μm;Li_(2)Mg_(3)TiO_(6)∶Eu^(3+)的最佳激发峰位于398 nm,最强发射峰位于617 nm,最佳掺杂浓度为7%。样品具有良好的热稳定性,在500 K时,发光强度可保持初始强度的60%,与市售荧光粉按照一定比例组合封装得到发光二极管(LED)器件,器件色坐标为(0.3274,0.3388),显色指数为80,Li_(2)Mg_(3)TiO_(6)∶Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉可应用于近紫外激发的白光LED器件中。Li_(2)Mg_(3)TiO_(6)∶Eu^(3+)red phosphor was synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase method.The phase structure was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD);the microscopic morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM);the optical properties of the powders were tested by fluorescence spectrometer(PL).The results show that the crystal structure of Li_(2)Mg_(3)TiO_(6)∶Eu^(3+)did not change after Eu^(3+)doping;the sample particles are uniformly distributed with an average particle size of 2.8μm;the optimal excitation peak of Li_(2)Mg_(3)TiO_(6)∶Eu^(3+)is located at 398 nm,the strongest emission peak is located at 617 nm,and the optimal doping concentration is 7%.The luminescence intensity maintained 60%of its initial intensity at 500 K due to its stable thermal ability.CIE chromatic coordinate of(0.3274,0.3288),and a color rendering index(CRI)of 80.Combined with commercially available phosphors in a certain ratio to obtain light-emitting diode(LED)devices,Li_(2)Mg_(3)TiO_(6)∶Eu^(3+)red phosphors have potential applications in white LED.This red phosphor can be applied to the LED devices excited by near-ultraviolet chip.
