摘  要:本文以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为络合剂,采用水热法合成CaMoO_(4)基质及CaMoO_(4)∶x Dy^(3+)(x=0.01~0.05)和CaMoO_(4)∶0.03Dy^(3+)/y Sm^(3+)(y=0.01~0.05)系列荧光粉,研究了Dy^(3+)单掺、Dy^(3+)/Sm^(3+)共掺杂对样品结构、形貌及发光性能的影响。研究结果表明,Dy^(3+)单掺、Dy^(3+)/Sm^(3+)共掺杂均未改变CaMoO_(4)的四方晶相结构,但晶胞参数均有所下降;所有样品的微观形貌均为椭球形。在353 nm的光激发下,CaMoO_(4)∶x Dy^(3+)荧光粉的最强发射峰位于575 nm处,属于Dy^(3+)的^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2)电偶极跃迁,且其最佳掺杂摩尔浓度为x=0.03;在298 nm光激发下,CaMoO_(4)∶0.03Dy^(3+)/y Sm^(3+)荧光粉中Sm^(3+)荧光猝灭摩尔浓度为y=0.03,通过CaMoO_(4)基质能量传递得到稀土Dy^(3+)和Sm^(3+)的本征发射,同时观察到Dy^(3+)向Sm^(3+)能量传递;在405 nm的光激发下,CaMoO_(4)∶0.03Dy^(3+)/y Sm^(3+)(y=0.01~0.05)的CIE色坐标由青色区变到白光区,且CaMoO_(4)∶0.03Dy^(3+)/y Sm^(3+)(y=0.03~0.05)荧光粉表现出白光发射。因此,Dy^(3+)/Sm^(3+)共掺杂CaMoO_(4)荧光粉是一种具有潜在应用价值的单一基质白光LED荧光粉。In this paper,CaMoO_(4)∶x Dy^(3+)(x=0.01~0.05)and CaMoO_(4)∶0.03Dy^(3+)/y Sm^(3+)(y=0.01~0.05)series phosphors and CaMoO_(4)matrix were synthesized by hydrothermal method using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as complexing agent.The effects of Dy^(3+)doping and Dy^(3+)/Sm^(3+)co-doping on the structure,morphology and luminescent properties of the samples were investigated.The results show that Dy^(3+)doping and Dy^(3+)/Sm^(3+)co-doping do not change the tetragonal phase of CaMoO_(4),but the lattice parameters decrease.The micromorphologies of all samples are ellipsoidal.Under the excitation of 353 nm,the strongest emission peak of CaMoO_(4)∶x Dy^(3+)phosphor is located at 575 nm,which is due to the F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2)dipole transition of Dy^(3+),and the optimal doping molar concentration is x=0.03.Under the excitation of 298 nm,the quenching molar concentration of Sm^(3+)in CaMoO_(4)∶0.03Dy^(3+)/y Sm^(3+)phosphor is y=0.03.The intrinsic emission of rare earth Dy^(3+)and Sm^(3+)are obtained through CaMoO_(4)matrix energy transfer,and the energy transfer of Dy^(3+)to Sm^(3+)is also observed.Under the excitation of 405 nm,the CIE coordinates of CaMoO_(4)∶0.03Dy^(3+)/y Sm^(3+)(y=0.01~0.05)change from cyan region to white region,and the CaMoO_(4)∶0.03Dy^(3+)/y Sm^(3+)(y=0.03~0.05)phosphors exhibit white emission.Therefore,Dy^(3+)/Sm^(3+)co-doped CaMoO_(4)phosphor is a single matrix white LED phosphor with potential application value.
