单壁碳纳米管对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响

摘  要:研究单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)对高白炭黑填充全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着SWCNTs用量的增大,小配合试验胶料的t10和t50缩短,导电性能显著增强,100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力和撕裂强度增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率减小,DIN磨耗量、阿克隆磨耗量以及内部生热均降低;大配合试验胶料的门尼粘度增大,Fmax、密度和硬度没有明显变化,t10,t 50和t90缩短。成品轮胎测试结果表明:SWCNTs用量从0份增大到1份时,胎面外部温度和耐久试验累计行驶时间降幅较大,之后继续增大SWCNTs用量,胎面外部温度和耐久性能变化不大。The influence of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)on the properties of high silica-filled tread compounds of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,with the increase of SWCNTs dosage,the t10 and t50 of the compound of the small combined experiment were shortened,the electrical conductivity was significantly enhanced,the 100%tensile stress,300%tensile stress and tear strength were increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased,and the DIN abrasion,Akron abrasion and internal heat build-up were all reduced.In the large-scale formulation compound,Mooney viscosity increased,while Fmax,density and hardness changed little,t10,t50 and t90 were shortened.The test results of the finished tire showed that when the amount of SWCNTs increased from 0 phr to 1 phr,the surface temperature of the tire tread and the cumulative running time of the durability test decreased significantly.However,with a further increase of SWCNT dosage,the tread surface temperature and durability remained relatively stable.
