摘 要:研究全钢载重子午线轮胎钢丝帘布表面自粘性影响因素,并采用21°斜槽滚珠法对钢丝帘布表面自粘性进行量化。结果表明:在胶料配方中添加1.5份超级增粘树脂、压延线速度小于25 m·min^(-1)、压延温度低于100℃,可以有效提高钢丝帘布表面自粘性;压延后的钢丝帘布采用双层聚乙烯隔离膜贴合工艺,并在封闭环境下存放,可有效保持钢丝帘布表面自粘性的稳定性。The factors affecting the surface self-adhesiveness of steel cord fabric in all-steel truck and bus radial tires were studied,and the surface self-adhesiveness of steel cord fabric was quantified by using the 21°inclined groove ball method.The results showed that adding 1.5 phr of super tackifying resin to the compound formula,maintaining the calendering line speed below 25 m·min-1,and keeping the calendering temperature below 100℃,effectively improved the surface self-adhesiveness of the steel cord fabric.The rolled steel cord fabric adopted a double-layer polyethylene isolation film bonding process and was stored in a closed environment,which could effectively maintain the stability of its surface self-adhesiveness.
