摘 要:针对205/55R16轮胎,研究不同超弹本构模型对子午线轮胎振动模态的影响。结果表明:采用Binomial模型对轮胎胶料应力-应变曲线的拟合效果良好,采用Neo Hooke模型和Yeoh模型的拟合结果较差;采用Binomial模型的轮胎振动频率与测试结果最为接近,采用Neo Hooke模型和Yeoh模型的轮胎振动频率与测试结果差别较大;轮胎振动模态分析结果与采用超弹本构模型对胶料应力-应变曲线拟合结果的准确性密切相关。For 205/55R16 tire,the influences of different hyperelastic constitutive models on the vibration modes of radial tire were studied.The results showed that the fitting effect on the stress-strain curve of tire compounds using Binomial model was good,while the fitting effects using Neo Hooke model and Yeoh model were worse.The vibration frequency of the tire using Binomial model was closest to the test results,while the vibration frequencies of the tire using Neo Hooke model and Yeoh model were different significantly from the test results.The accuracy of the vibration mode analysis results of the tire was closely related to the accuracy of the fitting results on the stress-strain curve of compounds using the hyperelastic constitutive models.
