摘 要:江苏省是能源消费大省,同时也是能源资源小省,促进新能源的高质量发展是江苏省实现“碳达峰”目标的关键着力点,也是破解发展制约、保障能源安全的本质要求。在此背景下,文章深入研究近年来江苏新能源发展取得的成效,并结合江苏实际,构建“六因素”新能源综合评价模型,全方位剖析江苏新能源的核心竞争力和优劣势,揭示影响新能源高质量发展的关键因素,围绕“创新”和“绿色”两大核心目标要求,提出促进新能源发展的对策建议,以产业推动应用转型,以应用促进产业升级,全面推进江苏能源绿色低碳转型。Jiangsu province is a major consumer of energy while being a province with limited energy resources.Promoting the high-quality development of new energy is a key focus for Jiangsu province to achieve its“peak carbon emissions”target and address development constraints while ensuring energy security.In this context,this article delves into the achievements of Jiangsu’s new energy development in recent years,and combines it with the actual situation in Jiangsu to construct a“six-factor”comprehensive evaluation model for new energy.It comprehensively analyzes the core competitiveness and strengths and weaknesses of Jiangsu’s new energy,reveals the key factors influencing the high-quality development of new energy,and proposes policy recommendations to promote new energy development,focusing on the core goals of“innovation”and“greenness”.The recommendations aim to drive industrial transformation through application promotion and promote industrial upgrading through application,thus comprehensively advancing Jiangsu’s energy green and low-carbon transformation.
