摘  要:在农业生产领域,开沟器的开沟效果对作物生长具有至关重要的影响。针对目前缺乏对于开沟器开沟效果评价的问题,本文基于MATLAB开发了一种能够对开沟效果进行量化评估的系统。首先,根据测定的土壤参数使用EDEM软件建立土壤模型,用模型对开沟器进行仿真试验;接着,结合试验导出的图片,设计开沟效果量化评估系统;最后,使用系统对开沟器的开沟效果从土壤扰动、沟形拟合和土楔破坏三个方面进行量化评估,结果表明,所设计的开沟效果量化评估系统能够对开沟效果进行准确地评估。In the field of agricultural production,the trenching effect of trenchers plays a crucial role in crop growth.To address the research gap in evaluating trenching effectiveness,this study developed a MATLAB-based system for quantitative assessment.Initially,a soil model was established in EDEM software using measured soil parameters to conduct simulated trenching experiments.Subsequently,an image-driven evaluation system was designed by analyzing experimental images.Finally,the system quantitatively assessed trenching performance through three metrics:soil disturbance,furrow profile fitting accuracy,and soil wedge failure analysis.The results demonstrate that this evaluation system achieves precise quantification of trenching effectiveness.
