摘 要:针对目前精密铂电阻数字温度计分度方法存在准确度低、操作复杂、分度成本高等问题,开展了精密铂电阻数字温度计分度方法与试验研究。首先,阐述了精密铂电阻数字温度计的结构与工作原理,采用PT100铂电阻传感器与精密电测模块实现温度的高精度高稳定性测量;然后,设计了精密铂电阻数字温度计多项式分度法、ITS-90国际温标分度法和CVD方程分度法,并确定了各分度方法的分度系数和参数;最后,对精密铂电阻数字温度计进行分度试验和误差分析,试验结果表明,三种分度方法的误差均在±0.03℃以内,CVD方程分度法操作简单、成本较低,可以满足精密测温需求。To address the issues of low accuracy,complex operation,and high cost associated with the current scaling calibration methods for precision platinum resistance digital thermometers,a study on the calibration method and experimental research of precision platinum resistance digital thermometers is conducted.Initially,the paper outlines the structure and working principle of precision platinum resistance digital thermometers,using a PT100 platinum resistance sensors and precision electric measurement modules to achieve high-accuracy and stable temperature measurement.Then three scaling methods are introduced:the polynomial scaling method,ITS-90 international temperature scale method,and the CVD equation method,with the determination of scaling coefficients and parameters for each method.Finally,calibration experiments and error analysis are performed on the precision platinum resistance digital thermometer.The test results indicate that the three scaling methods errors are all within±0.03℃,and the CVD equation calibration method stands out for its simplicity and cost-effectiveness,making it suitable for precise temperature measurements.
