纸纤维/零价铁复合气凝胶去除水中六价铬的研究

摘  要:金属铬是广泛应用于制革、电镀、冶金、纺织等行业的重金属,生产和使用过程中六价铬[Cr(Ⅵ)]的排放对环境和人类健康造成严重威胁。本文利用回收的纸壳纤维和FeCl3为原料,通过液相还原法制备了纸纤维/零价铁复合气凝胶CA/ZVI,用于去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)。采用SEM、XRD、TG、BET、XPS等分析技术对CA/ZVI的形貌、结构、元素组成等进行表征,探究了溶液初始pH和吸附材料用量对Cr(Ⅵ)去除效果的影响,并研究了CA/ZVI气凝胶的吸附性能。结果表明,CA/ZVI气凝胶呈现网络多孔结构,孔径约为0.1-0.3 mm,比表面积为2.808 3 m2·g-1,零价铁颗粒均匀分布在气凝胶表面。在最佳条件下,气凝胶对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率最高可达96.4%。去除过程以Cr(VI)吸附为主,同时部分Cr(Ⅵ)被还原为Cr(Ⅲ),这意味着CA/ZVI在去除Cr(Ⅵ)的同时可以降低其毒性。Chromium is a heavy metal widely used in industries such as leather tanning,electroplating,metallurgy,and textiles.The discharge of hexavalent chromium[Cr(Ⅵ)]during production and usage poses a serious threat to the environment and human health.In this study,recycled paper shell fibers and FeCl3 are used as raw materials to prepare a paper fiber/zero-valent iron composite aerogel(CA/ZVI)via a liquid-phase reduction method for the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)from water.SEM,XRD,TG,BET,XPS and other analytical techniques are used to characterize the morphology,structure and element composition of CA/ZVI.The effects of initial solution pH and the amount of adsorbent on Cr(Ⅵ)removal are investigated,and the adsorption performance of CA/ZVI aerogel is studied.The results show that the aerogel has a network porous structure,with a pore size of 0.1-0.3 mm,a specific surface area of 2.8083 m2·g-1,and zero valent iron particles uniformly distribute on the surface of the aerogel.In the optimal conditions,the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)by aerogel can reach 96.4%.The removal process is primarily dominated by the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ),while a portion of Cr(Ⅵ)is reduced to Cr(Ⅲ),which means that CA/ZVI can reduce toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ)while removing it.
