摘 要:随着工业的不断发展,大量的环境激素被释放到环境中,在获取暂时利益的同时,也造成大量污染.以分离于农药污染土壤中的吉氏贪铜菌T-1为对象,探究其对双酚A、双酚S和2,4-D的耐受、降解特性,及其对重金属镉的耐受、吸附水平.结果表明,吉氏贪铜菌T-1对双酚A和双酚S的最大耐受浓度分别可达到200 mg/L和400 mg/L,对重金属镉的最大耐受浓度为400 mg/L,对2,4-D最大耐受浓度可达1500 mg/L;吉氏贪铜菌T-1对这几种环境激素存在耐受的同时也存在着修复功能,对于双酚A和双酚S的降解效果相对较差,同时,吉氏贪铜菌T-1对重金属镉存在吸附特性,在1.49 mg/L和3.58 mg/L的Cd^(2+)溶液中吸附48 h,其对镉的吸附率分别为17.23%和25.01%.With the continuous development of industry,a large number of environmental hormones are released into the environment,which causes a lot of pollution while obtaining temporary benefits.In this study,Cupriavidus gilardii T-1 isolated from pesticide-contaminated soil was used as the object to investigate its tolerance and degradation characteristics of bisphenol A,bisphenol S and 2,4-D,as well as its tolerance and adsorption level of cadmium.The results indicated that the maximum tolerable concentrations of C.gilardii T-1 against bisphenol A and bisphenol S could reach 200 mg/L and 400 mg/L,respectively,and the maximum tolerance concentrations were 400 mg/L to cadmium and could reach 1500 mg/L to 2,4-D.Meanwhile,C.gilardii T-1 exhibited repair functions to these environmental hormones.The degradation effect of C.gilardii T-1 on bisphenol A and bisphenol S was relatively low.At the same time,the C.gilardii T-1 also showed adsorption characteristics for cadmium,and its cadmium adsorption rates were 17.23%and 25.01%in 1.49 mg/L and 3.58 mg/L Cd^(2+)solutions for 48 h,respectively.
