摘  要:在“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标下,综合能源系统因其独特的优势备受关注。为推动综合能源系统的低碳发展,构建了含垃圾焚烧电厂、碳捕集电厂及细化电转气技术的综合能源系统,同时引入阶梯碳交易和源荷双侧响应,以实现更高效的能源利用和低碳排放。首先,通过垃圾焚烧电厂实现了废物的有效利用,并在此基础上建立了含碳捕集电厂和两阶段电转气技术模型,提高氢能源的利用效率;其次,采用阶梯碳交易机制,显著降低了综合能源系统的碳排放量;然后,引入源荷双侧响应策略,通过在源侧使用有机朗肯循环来吸收余热并发电,同时在负荷侧进行需求响应以实现多种能源供需的动态平衡;最后,采用CPLEX求解进行算例仿真分析,验证了模型的经济效益和低碳性,为综合能源系统的低碳经济调度提供了有力参考。Under the strategic goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,integrated energy systems have garnered significant attention due to their unique advantages.To promote the low-carbon development of integrated energy systems,this paper develops a system incorporating waste incineration power plants,carbon capture power plants,and refined power-to-gas technologies.The study also introduces a tiered carbon trading mechanism and source-load responses to achieve higher energy efficiency and lower carbon emissions.Firstly,effective waste utilization is achieved through waste incineration power plants,upon which a model incorporating carbon capture power plants and a two-stage power-to-gas system is established to improve hydrogen energy utilization efficiency.Secondly,the implementation of a tiered carbon trading mechanism significantly reduces carbon emissions within the integrated energy system.Thirdly,source-load response strategies are adopted:the organic Rankine cycle is applied on the source side to absorb waste heat for electricity generation,while integrated demand response is used on the load side to dynamically balance the supply and demand of multiple energy types.Finally,the model is simulated using the CPLEX solver,and its economic benefits and low-carbon characteristics are verified.This research provides a strong reference for the low-carbon economic dispatch of integrated energy systems.
