摘 要:探讨中等强度配速跑对烟草依赖大学生中的效益及其可能机制。选取24名烟草依赖大学生作为研究对象(试验组和对照组各12名)。试验组干预方式为中等强度配速跑,对照组的干预方式为吸烟有害健康主题视频观看,分别在试验前1周、干预第7周、干预第15周结束和干预结束4周后对烟草依赖情况进行记录评估。结果发现:(1)烟草依赖程度:干预结束时,试验组和对照组在烟草依赖评估量表的总分、问题1、问题3和问题4得分组间均存在显著性差异;重复测量方差结果表明,在烟草依赖评估量表总分、问题1、问题4和问题6得分上时点的主效应显著,组别和时点在烟草依赖评估量表总分和问题1得分上存在显著交互效应。(2)戒断症状:在第15周干预结束时,试验组和对照组在情绪和身体症状量表的抑郁、焦虑和不安维度上存在显著差异;试验组和对照组在干预第7周、第15周结束时的烟草渴望频率存在显著差异,干预第7周、干预第15周结束和干预结束4周后烟草渴望强度存在显著性差异,重复测量方差分析结果可见抑郁和不安情绪存在显著交互效应,渴望频率和渴望强度存在显著组别主效应和时点主效应。因此,中等强度配速跑能够显著降低烟草依赖大学生的烟草依赖程度,主要体现在降低吸烟自动化程度、减少每日烟草吸食量、提高吸烟利弊权衡认知3个维度,改善戒断期产生的抑郁、焦虑、不安情绪以及烟草依赖频率、强度。This study explores the effects of moderate-intensity pace running on tobacco dependence in college students and its potential mechanisms.A total of 24 college students with tobacco dependence were selected as participants(12 in the experimental group and 12 in the control group).The experimental group participated in moderate-intensity aerobic pace running,while the control group watched a health education video on the dangers of smoking.Tobacco dependence was recorded and assessed one week before the experiment,at weeks 7 and 15 during the intervention,and four weeks after its conclusion.The results showed:(1)Tobacco dependence:At the end of the intervention,significant differences were observed between the experimental group and the control group in the total score of the FTND scale and in Items 1,3 and 4.Repeated measures ANOVA revealed significant main effects of time on the total FTND score and Items 1,4 and 6,as well as significant interaction effect between group and time for the total score and Item 1.(2)Withdrawal symptoms:At the end of the 15-week intervention,significant differences were found between the two groups in levels of depression,anxiety,and restlessness.There were significant differences in craving frequency between the two groups at weeks 7 and 15,and significant differences in craving intensity at weeks 7 and 15,and four weeks after the intervention.Repeated measures ANOVA showed significant interaction effects for depression and restlessness,as well as significant main effects of group and time for both craving frequency and intensity.Overall,moderate-intensity pace running can significantly reduce tobacco dependence in college students,primarily by decreasing the automation of smoking behavior,reducing daily tobacco consumption,enhancing awareness of the trade-offs associated with smoking,and alleviating withdrawal-related depression,anxiety,restlessness,and craving frequency and intensity.
