摘  要:为保证复合地层超大矩形顶管隧道近接下穿既有高铁的施工安全,以某超大矩形顶管隧道下穿杭深线高铁工程为背景,采用数值仿真和现场实测方法对复合地层超大矩形顶管隧道近接下穿高铁施工安全及加固技术进行了研究。结果表明:该超大矩形顶管隧道在复合地层中近接下穿既有高铁施工时,轨道沉降超出安全阈值,必须采取施工加固措施;在n(硬岩比)≥0.75的复合地层中掘进时,超前注浆、地下连续墙+D型钢便梁和人工挖孔桩+D型钢便梁3种加固方案均可采用,在n<0.75的复合地层中掘进时,可采用地下连续墙或人工挖孔桩+D型钢便梁加固方案;综合考虑轨道沉降、管节安全系数及加固方案施工对既有高铁的影响程度,对该工程推荐采用人工挖孔桩+D型钢便梁的加固方案;现场监测结果表明,采用人工挖孔桩+D型钢便梁加固方案后,轨道沉降量降至1.46 mm,所有监控指标均处于安全范围内。研究结果可为类似矩形顶管隧道近接施工设计与实施提供参考。To ensure the construction safety of a large rectangular pipe jacking tunnel in composite strata undercrossing an existing high-speed railway,this study investigates safety and reinforcement technologies through numerical simulations and field monitoring,taking the Hangzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway undercrossing project as an engineering case.The results demonstrate that:①Unreinforced construction induces excessive track settlement exceeding safety thresholds when the large rectangular pipe jacking tunnel traverses composite strata beneath the railway;②Three reinforcement schemes are applicable for strata with a hard rock ratio(n)≥0.75,while diaphragm walls or hand-excavated piles combined with D-shaped steel temporary beams are recommended for strata with n<0.75;③Comprehensive evaluation of track settlement,segment safety factors,and construction impacts identifies the hand-excavated piles+D-shaped steel temporary beams scheme as optimal;④Field monitoring confirms post-reinforcement track settlement reduction to 1.46 mm,with all safety indicators complying with specifications.This research provides practical references for proximity construction design of similar rectangular pipe jacking tunnels.
