摘　　要：针对电子处方流转涉及的相关参与方主体,分析了患者电子处方跨域流转存在的风险,提出了一种基于联盟链技术的电子处方跨域流转模型,并给出了基于联盟链下处方流转风险的应对机制及其优化发展策略,为患者电子处方流转的新型应用实践提供参考。Aiming at the relevant participants involved in electronic prescriptions circulation,this paper analyzes the risks of cross-domain circulation of patients'electronic prescriptions,proposes a cross-domain circulation model of electronic prescriptions based on consortium chain technology,and gives the coping mechanism and optimal development strategy based on the risks of prescription circulation under the consortium chain,so as to provide reference for the new application practice of patients'electronic prescription circulation.
