摘　　要：目的:针对跨域医学科研中存在的系统异构性、数据孤岛化及隐私安全风险等问题,设计了一种基于区块链与隐私计算技术的分布式数据共享平台。方法:提出“区块链+隐私计算”三级架构,整合链上索引与链下存储,融合联邦学习、同态加密和PBFT共识算法等,构建跨域医学科研数据共享平台。结果:平台有效整合多中心科研数据,解决了跨域医学科研数据共享的隐私保护与科研成果产出之间的矛盾。结论:平台提升了跨域医学科研服务效能,“区块链+隐私计算”模式是实现多中心医学科研服务的有效途径。Objective In response to issues such as system heterogeneity,data silos,and privacy and security risks in cross-domain medical research,a distributed data sharing platform based on blockchain and privacy computing technologies is designed.Methods A three-tier"Blockchain+Privacy Computing"architecture is proposed,which integrates on-chain indexing and off-chain storage.Technologies such as federated learning,homomorphic encryption,and the PBFT consensus algorithm are incorporated to build a cross-domain medical research data sharing platform.Results The platform effectively integrates multi-center research data,resolving the conflict between privacy protection and the output of scientific research results in cross-domain medical research data sharing.Conclusion The platform enhances the efficiency of cross-domain medical research services.The"Blockchain+Privacy Computing"model is an effective approach to achieving multi-center medical research services.
