摘　　要：随着医疗行业信息化进程的不断深化,大型医院对于信息系统实时监测、大数据存储以及科学决策分析等方面的需求日益强烈,运维监控系统已经成为医院信息部门的核心管理工具。针对医院在数字化转型过程中普遍面临的信息系统运维管理难题,采用大数据技术,设计并实现了一套具有高可扩展性、高安全性和低成本特性的运维监控系统。该系统通过5层架构和3个主要功能模块实现了对医院运维工作进行流程化、集中化、规范化的管理。运维监控系统对转变运维监控管理工作模式和建立高效的监控运维体系具有现实的参考意义。With the continuous deepening of IT application in the medical industry,major hospitals have an increasingly strong demands for real-time monitoring of information systems,big data storage and scientific decision-making analysis.Operation and maintenance monitoring system has become the core management tool of the hospital information department.Aiming at the difficulties of information system operation and maintenance management commonly faced by hospitals in the process of digital transformation,this paper adopts big data technology to design and implement an operation and maintenance monitoring system with high scalability,high security and low cost.The system realizes the streamlined,centralized and standardized management of the operation and maintenance work through a 5-layer architecture and 3 main functional modules.It has practical reference significance for transforming the operation and maintenance monitoring management mode and establishing an efficient monitoring and maintenance system.
