摘　　要：目的:研究供给-分拆加工-配送(SPD)模式信息化管理在手术室耗材管理中的应用效果。方法:应用SPD模式信息化管理,使用历史对照方法,纳入2023年9月至2024年2月通过SPD联合信息化闭环管理方案进行耗材管理的手术为观察对象,设为干预后组。同时纳入2023年1月至2023年6月实施常规耗材管理方案的手术为研究对象,设为干预前组。对比两组间耗材管理的效果差异。结果:干预后的耗材准备、请领响应、耗材推送、计费、耗材回库以及临时请领耗材所用时间均较干预前明显缩短(P<0.05);干预后的单程取用耗材平均距离与取用耗材每日平均距离均较干预前明显减少(P<0.05);干预后耗材溢库率、错账率、过期率、短缺率均较干预前降低(P<0.05),摆放合格率均较干预前提高(P<0.05);干预后手术室医护人员对于耗材管理的总满意率明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:SPD模式信息化管理能够提高手术室耗材管理效率与质量,降低错误风险,提高医护满意度。Objective To investigate the application effectiveness of the information management model for the Supply-Split Processing-Distribution(SPD)system in surgical consumable management.Methods An SPDbased information management system was implemented using a historical control method.Surgeries conducted from September 2023 to February 2024 under the SPD combined with an information-based closed-loop management protocol were included as the post-intervention group.Surgeries managed under the conventional consumable management protocol from January to June 2023 served as the pre-intervention group.The effects of consumable management between the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the time of preparation,requisition response,requisition push,charging,requisition return and requisition were significantly shorter than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the average distance of one-way access and daily average distance of access were significantly reduced compared with before intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the overflow rate,the error rate,the expiration rate,the shortage rate were reduced compared with that before the intervention(P<0.05).The qualified rate of the supplies were increased compared with that before the intervention(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of medical staff on consumables management after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion SPD mode information management can improve the efficiency and quality of operating room consumables management,reduce the risk of errors,and improve the satisfaction of medical care.
