自动补货在介入手术室耗材管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:为减少当前医用耗材补货中人为因素的干扰,降低补货成本,推进精细化管理,探讨自动补货在介入手术室耗材管理中的应用价值。方法:选取中山大学肿瘤防治中心介入手术室耗材管理自动补货系统运行前后6个月数据作为对照组和观察组,对照组采用手工申领,观察组采用自动补货。结果:对照组存在耗材短缺或积压现象,观察组耗材极少短缺或积压,且有效节省了管理者时间。结论:自动补货可提高管理效率,同时能够优化库存结构,显著提升介入手术室耗材管理水平。Objective To reduce the interference of human factors in the current replenishment of medical consumables,lower the replenishment cost,and promote fine management,this paper explores the application value of automatic replenishment in the management of consumables in interventional operating room.Methods The data of 6 months before and after the operation of the automatic replenishment system for consumables management in the interventional operating room of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center were selected as the control group and the observation group.The control group was applied manually,while the observation group was applied automatically.Results In the control group,there were shortages or surpluses of consumables.In the observation group,such situations were rare,which did not consume the time of managers.Conclusion Automatic replenishment can improve management efficiency,optimize inventory structure,and significantly improve the management level of consumables in interventional operating room.
