摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化管理模式对医疗超声诊断设备管理效能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月1日至2024年1月1日我院超声科使用的37台超声诊断设备作为研究对象,其中2020年1月1日至2021年12月31日,对设备采用常规管理模式;2022年1月1日至2024年1月1日,对设备采用数字化管理模式。比较前后两种管理模式的设备运行质量、运行成本、设备效能、设备故障率与及时维修率等指标的差异,并评估设备使用医护人员对前后两种管理模式的满意度情况。结果:实施数字化管理后,设备的开机率及功能完好率均明显改善;设备运行成本降低,成本效益增加;设备的使用效能评分、维护效能评分、维修效能评分、质量控制效能评分均有明显提高(P<0.05);医护人员使用满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论:数字化管理可以有效提升医疗超声诊断设备的综合管理质量,增强医护人员满意度。Objective To explore the impact of digital management mode on the management efficiency of medical ultrasound diagnostic equipment.Methods 37 ultrasound diagnostic devices used in the Ultrasound Department of our hospital from January 1,2020 to January 1,2024 were selected as the research objects.From January 1,2020 to December 31,2021,the devices were managed in a conventional mode;From January 1,2022 to January 1,2024,digital management mode will be adopted for equipment.Compare the differences in equipment operation quality,operating costs,equipment efficiency,equipment failure rate,and timely maintenance rate between the two management modes before and after,and evaluate the satisfaction of medical staff using the equipment with the two management modes before and after.Results After implementing digital management,the device's startup rate and functional integrity rate were significantly improved;Reduce equipment operating costs and increase cost-effectiveness;The usage efficiency score,maintenance efficiency score,repair efficiency score,and quality control efficiency score of the equipment have all significantly improved(P<0.05);The satisfaction of medical staff increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital management can effectively improve the comprehensive management quality of medical ultrasound diagnostic equipment and enhance the satisfaction of medical staff.
