摘　　要：目的:以重症监护临床信息系统为实践对象,将基于JRE运行环境的以B/S为架构的重症监护临床信息系统部署在国产操作系统上,同时适配连接国产数据库。方法:采用Linux下的ARM版本的服务端中间件来实现部署服务端,使用达梦数据库DM JDBC Driver18.JAR版本驱动包,配合阿里巴巴的Druid数据库连接池,来连接和读写操作达梦数据库。结果:重症监护临床信息系统成功部署在国产中科方德操作系统服务器上并与达梦数据库实现适配连接,成功落实国产化替代,实现自主可控。结论:通过将重症监护临床信息系统进行国产操作系统与国产数据库的适配,实现核心部件的国产化替代,加强了医院信息化数据的安全可控,为医疗行业内相同架构的信息系统国产化适配及验证总结了实践经验。Objective Taking the intensive care clinical information system as the practice object,it is deployed on the domestic operating system in system of Browser/Server architecture,based on the JRE runtime environment,while adapting and connecting to the domestic database.Methods The ARM version of the server middleware under Linux is used to deploy the server,using the DM JDBC Driver18.JAR version driver package for the DM database,combined with Alibaba's Druid database connection pool,to connect and read and write operation DM database.Results The intensive care clinical information system has been successfully deployed on the domestic Zhongke operating system server and connected with the DM database,successfully implementing the domestic substitution and realizing independent control.Conclusion By adapting the intensive care clinical information system with the domestic operating system and the domestic database,the core components are replaced locally,the safety and control of the hospital information data are strengthened,and the practical experience is summarized for the domestic adaptation and verification of the information system with the same architecture in the medical industry.
