摘  要:基于班杜拉社会学习理论,探讨学风建设如何推动新时代高校书香校园建设的路径。学风建设通过规范学术行为、激发学术热情,为学生提供了良好学习环境,高校书香校园建设则推广阅读文化、丰富阅读资源。学风建设与高校书香校园建设相互促进,学生、教师、学校三方共同作用,形成浓厚的阅读氛围。面对阅读习惯培养、教师教学理念、资源配置不合理及社会就业压力等挑战,提出明确学习目标、更新教学理念、优化资源配置等策略,构建充满书香气息、学术氛围浓厚的校园环境,提升教育质量,促进人才全面发展。Based on Bandura's social learning theory,this article explores how the construction of academic atmosphere can promote the building of scholarly campus in universities in the new era.The construction of academic atmosphere provides students with a good learning environment by regulating academic behavior and stimulating academic enthusiasm,while the construction of a campus with a scholarly atmosphere promotes reading culture and enriches reading resources.The construction of academic atmosphere and the construction of a scholarly campus promote each other,with students,teachers,and schools working together to create a strong reading atmosphere.In the face of challenges such as cultivating reading habits,teaching philosophy,unreasonable resource allocation,and social employment pressure,strategies such as clarifying learning goals,updating teaching philosophy,and optimizing resource allocation are proposed to build a campus environment full of scholarly atmosphere,improve the quality of education,and promote the all-round development of talents.
