新高考背景下湖北高中生生涯规划教育体系研究

摘　　要：随着新高考改革的深入推进,全面综合的考核评价、多元的录取方式要求学生了解自我,尊重个人特性,培养自主选择未来发展方向的意识和能力。本文针对湖北高中生生涯规划教育存在的主要问题是:学生生涯规划意识不强、生涯规划能力较弱、生涯规划教育课程体系不完善、生涯规划教育形式单一并实践性不强、生涯规划教育教师队伍建设不足、生涯规划教育保障体系不全,提出六点策略:明确生涯规划教育内涵与地位;以生涯规划通识课程为核心,全面开展高中生生涯规划教育;以学科教学为契合点、在课堂中融合生涯规划教育;开展多元的课外活动和丰富的社会体验;加强生涯规划教育师资队伍建设;健全学校科学有效的生涯规划管理制度。With the deepening advancement of the New Gaokao(college entrance examination)reform,comprehensive assessment and evaluation,as well as diverse admission methods,require students to understand themselves,respect individual characteristics,and cultivate the awareness and ability to independently choose their future development directions.This article addresses the main issues in Hubei high school career planning education,which include:weak career planning awareness and abilities among students,inadequate career planning education curriculum systems,monotonous and impractical career planning education forms,insufficient construction of career planning education teacher teams,and incomplete career planning education support systems.Six strategies are proposed:clarifying the connotation and status of career planning education;comprehensively implementing high school career planning education with a focus on general career planning courses;integrating career planning education into subject teaching as a point of convergence in classrooms;conducting diverse extracurricular activities and rich social experiences;strengthening the construction of the teaching staff for career planning education;and establishing a scientific and effective career planning management system in schools.
