摘  要:利用两步水热法在泡沫镍上原位生长氮掺杂还原氧化石墨烯负载的MoS_(2)/Ni_(3)S_(2)异质结构(MNG).优化后的MNG 0.5在碱性溶液中表现出优异的HER、OER活性和稳定性(40 h).在10 mA/cm^(2)的电流密度下,HER过电势为100 mV;在50 mA/cm^(2)的电流密度下,OER过电势为298 mV.该复合型电催化剂组装的双电极电解槽用于全解水时,驱动10 mA/cm^(2)的电流密度仅需要1.51 V电压.MoS_(2)/Ni_(3)S_(2) heterostructures(MNG)supported by nitrogen doped reduced graphene oxide were grown in situ on foam nickel by two-step hydrothermal method.The optimized MNG 0.5 exhibits excellent HER and OER activity and stability in alkaline solution(40 h),achieving HER current density of 10 mA/cm^(2) and OER current density of 100 mA/cm^(2) with low overpotentials of 100 mV and 298 mV,respectively.In addition,the dual electrode electrolytic cell assembled with this composite material only requires a voltage of 1.51 V to drive a current density of 10 mA/cm^(2) for overall water splitting.
