摘 要:Yb^(3+)∶CsPbCl_(3)纳米晶因其超过100%的高荧光量子产率(PLQY)引起了研究者的广泛关注,然而在制备高质量Yb^(3+)∶CsPbCl_(x)Br_(3-x)纳米晶方面仍面临挑战.通过CdBr 2后处理技术,成功将Yb^(3+)∶CsPbCl_(x)Br_(3-x)的激子带隙调控至476 nm,获得高达154%的PLQY.温度依赖稳态和瞬态光谱研究表明,Cd离子对纳米晶缺陷态的钝化是PLQY显著提升的主要原因.此外,纳米晶表现出优异的热稳定性,在经过70℃退火60 min后,仍保留了71%的初始性能.基于Yb^(3+)∶CsPbCl_(x)Br_(3-x)的近红外发光二极管实现了2.98%的外量子效率,并成功应用于夜视和生物成像.Yb^(3+)∶CsPbCl_(3) nanocrystals have attracted widespread attention due to their high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)exceeding 100%.However,there are still challenges in preparing high-quality Yb^(3+)∶CsPbCl_(x)Br_(3-x) nanocrystals.Through CdBr 2 post-treatment technology,the exciton bandgap of Yb^(3+)∶CsPbCl_(x)Br_(3-x) nanocrystals was adjusted to 476 nm,achieving a high PLQY of up to 154%.Temperature-dependent steady-state and transient spectroscopic studies reveal that the passivation of defect states in the nanocrystals by Cd ions is the primary reason for the significant enhancement in PLQY.Furthermore,the nanocrystals exhibit excellent thermal stability,retaining 71% of their initial performance after annealing at 70℃ for 60 min.Finally,near-infrared light-emitting diode based on Yb^(3+)∶CsPbCl_(x)Br_(3-x) achieves an external quantum efficiency of 2.98% and can be successfully applied in night vision and bioimaging.
