摘　　要：基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据库,筛选出3799个符合条件的60—69岁低龄老人样本,通过运用多模型逻辑回归分析,并结合亚组分析,深入探讨了不同信息渠道对低龄老人再就业的影响.结果表明,超过半数(55.88%)的低龄老人仍在继续就业,且男性再就业比例显著高于女性.电视和他人转告作为信息来源,对低龄老人的再就业展现出显著的正面推动作用;网络信息则与较低的再就业率相关;报纸、广播和短信等渠道在传播就业信息方面并未表现出显著相关性.此外,各因素间存在显著的交互作用.在制定促进低龄老人再就业的政策时,需综合考虑信息渠道与老年人群体的特征差异,采取综合性措施,以提高政策的有效性和针对性.A sample of 3799 eligible young elderly individuals aged 60-69 was selected from the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)database for this study.Using multiple logistic regression models and subgroup analysis,this research deeply explored the impact of different information channels on the reemployment of young elderly people.The results showed that more than half(55.88%)of the under-aged elderly continued to be employed,and the proportion of reemployed men was significantly higher than that of women.Television and other people's referrals,as sources of information,showed a significant positive contribution to the reemployment of the under-aged elderly.Internet information was associated with low reemployment rates,and channels such as newspapers,radio and SMS did not show significant correlation in disseminating employment information.In addition,there was a significant interaction between the factors.When formulating policies to promote the reemployment of the under-aged elderly,it is necessary to take into account the differences in information channels and the characteristics of the elderly group,and adopt comprehensive measures to improve the effectiveness and relevance of the policies.
