创业初心、战略定力与新农人朴素式创新——一个探索性双案例研究

摘　　要：近年来,新农人创业已成为助推我国农业农村现代化的生力军,其如何扬长避短以朴素式创新破解创业过程面临的经营压力和不确定性困境成为关乎企业生存和乡村创新创业高质量发展的关键议题。为此,文章结合朴素式创新理论,选取脱贫攻坚龙头企业双合盛生态农产品有限公司和小微企业彭博士家庭农场两个典型案例进行系统分析,构建了创业初心-战略定力-朴素式创新的理论框架,以阐释新农人坚守创业初心塑造战略定力推动朴素式创新的作用机制和实现路径。研究发现:首先,创业初心是创业活动重要的心理资本,涵盖认知和情感两个维度,是创业者在面对经营压力和不确定性时敢于积极践行朴素式创新的逻辑起点;其次,创始人控制有助于强化创业初心塑造战略定力;最后,创业初心得以推动朴素式创新离不开战略定力的介质作用。这些研究发现既为朴素式创新的作用机制提供了全新的微观基础视角,又拓展了农业企业可持续发展与企业家精神的相关研究,同时也为全面推进中国式农业农村现代化的对策研究提供了理论工具和实践启示。In recent years,new farmers'entrepreneurship has become a vital force in promoting China's agricultural and rural modernization.However,the entrepreneurial entities of new farmers are still at the bottom of the industrial chain.They have relatively insufficient resources in terms of technology,human resources,material resources,and financial capital.Often,the pressures of long-term operations and environmental uncertainties constrain their innovative growth and sustainable develop⁃ment.Thus,how to make use of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses to crack the business pressure and uncertainty faced by the entrepreneurial process with simple innovation has become a key challenge for the survival of enterprises and the high-quality development of rural innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper takes Shuanghesheng Ecological Agricultural Products Co.and Dr Peng's Family Farm as typical cases to analyze the research problem based on frugal innovation theory.This paper innovatively constructs a theoretical framework of"entrepreneurial original aspiration-strategic focus-frugal innovation"to explain the mechanism and realization path of how the entrepreneurial original aspiration of new farmers drives frugal innovation.The case analysis finds that,first of all,the entrepreneurial original aspiration is an important psychological capital in entrepreneurial activities,covering cognitive and emotional dimensions.It serves as the logical starting point for entrepreneurs to dare to innovate actively and take risks proac⁃tively when facing operational pressures and uncertainties.Second,the initial intentions of new farmers'entrepreneurship,un⁃der the control mechanisms and decision-making mechanisms set by the founders,help to strengthen and shape strategic de⁃termination.Third,the initial intentions of entrepreneurship are crucial for promoting frugal innovation,which cannot be achieved without the mediating role of strategic focus.The initial intentions of new farmers'entrepreneurship are reinforced and shape
