摘　　要：珠牡与阿达拉姆是史诗《格萨尔》中两个典型的女性角色。她们身处同一时代,共同展现了美貌、智慧与勇敢的特征。然而“一百只飞鸟有一百零一种落地方式”,珠牡作为时代的“负荷者”,内化并实践了古代藏族社会的伦理人格,体现了为家庭奉献和牺牲的性别期待,隐含了对男强女弱社会价值的遵从。作为时代的“先行者”,阿达拉姆是藏族民众心目中的女英雄,她以豁达洒脱、有勇有谋、有情有义之姿,挑战传统性别认知,于战场上实现个人价值最大化,展现了对自主人格的向往。珠牡与阿达拉姆两个角色不仅丰富了史诗的文化维度,更启发了对性别平等与个性解放的学术思考。Zhumu and Adalam are two typical female characters in the Gesar Epic.They lived in the same period,showing the characteristics of beauty,wisdom,and courage together.However,“one hundred birds have one hundred and one ways to land”.As the“load”of the Times,Zhumu internalized and practiced the ethical personality of the ancient Tibetan society,reflecting the gender expectation of dedication and sacrifice for the family,and implying compliance with the social value of strong men and weak women.As the“forerunner”of the times,Adalam is a heroine in the eyes of the Tibetan people.She challenges the traditional gender cognition with her open-minded and free,brave and resourceful,loving and righteous attitude,maximizing her value on the battlefield and showing her yearning for an independent personality.Both not only enrich the cultural dimension of the epic but also inspire the academic thinking of gender equality and personality liberation.
