摘 要:为满足高比例可再生能源电力系统的灵活性需求,提升发电侧在电力现货市场的参与度并获得高收益,提出利用燃气内燃机耦合煤电机组发电的方案,并通过耦合机组在电能量-调频服务市场的联合优化运行最大化市场收益。研究了耦合发电方案及耦合效果,基于高维分区线性化方法建立了余热耦合功率模型;通过概率分布描述调频信号的不确定性,给出基于概率分布的调频辅助服务收益模型;以收益最大化为目标,构建耦合机组参与电能量-调频市场联合优化运行的混合整数线性模型并给出求解方法。算例分析表明,耦合方案能够在提升发电侧灵活性的同时保证高能效,同时,通过联合优化运行可使耦合机组合理跟踪电力市场价格波动,在电能量-调频服务市场中获得最大收益。In order to meet the flexibility demand of the power system with a high proportion of renewable energy,and enhance the participation and revenue of the generation side in the spot market,it is proposed to couple gas-fired internal combustion engine(ICE)with coal-fired unit to generate power,and maximize market revenue through the joint optimization operation of coupled units in the electric energy and frequency regulation markets.The coupling power generation scheme and coupling effect are analyzed,and a power coupling model of exhaust heat is established based on the multi-dimensional piecewise linearization method.The uncertainty of frequency regulation signal is described using probability distribution,and a probabilistic model for frequency regulation auxiliary service is proposed.With the goal of maximizing revenue,a mixedinteger linear model is constructed for the coupled units to participate in the joint optimal operation of electric energy and frequency regulation markets.A corresponding solution method is proposed.Case studies demonstrate that the coupling scheme can improve the flexibility of the generation side while ensuring high energy efficiency.In addition,through joint optimization,the coupled units can effectively track electricity price fluctuation and get the maximum revenue in the electric energy and frequency regulation markets.
