摘 要:为了解决柔性半桥级联直流直挂储能装置器件成本高、直流输出纹波大、子模块高频投切等问题,利用更为紧凑的柔性换流拓扑作为功率转化系统,并提出直流变换器与半桥混合级联结构作为直流直挂储能纳入形式,探索一种紧凑化混合级联储能汇集系统,可减少子模块电容使用量,提升直流输出质量,加快响应速度。研究该储能系统的协调控制策略,大幅降低直流输出跟踪超调。为了解决系统不同层级的电池荷电状态均衡问题,提出装置间自适应不平衡压差注入、模块间延迟切换控制策略。基于MATLAB/Simulink的仿真结果以及硬件在环实验平台的实验结果验证了所提储能汇集系统拓扑的可行性及其控制策略的有效性。In order to solve the problems of flexible half-bridge cascade DC direct-mounted energy storage device,such as large device cost,large DC output ripple and high-frequency switching of submodules,a more compact flexible converter topology is used as the power conversion system,a hybrid cascade structure of DC converter and half-bridge is proposed as the inclusion form of DC direct-mounted energy storage,and a compact hybrid cascade energy storage collection system is explored,which can reduce the capacitor usage of submodules,improve the DC output quality and speed up the response speed.The coordinated control strategy of the energy storage system is studied to greatly reduce the DC output tracking overshoot.In order to solve the problem of state of charge balancing of batteries at different levels of the system,the control strategy of unbalanced voltage injection between devices and delay switching between modules is proposed.Based on the simulative results of MATLAB/Simulink and the experimental results of hardware-in-the-loop experiment platform,the feasibility of the proposed topology of the energy storage collection system and the effectiveness of its control strategy are verified.
