摘  要:充电基础设施的建设规划和调度运行是满足电动汽车充电需求的关键因素,而规划和运行以电动汽车充电需求预测为决策依据。基于此,介绍了充电需求的时间分布和空间分布预测方法,阐述各类方法的优缺点及使用场景;总结了影响充电设施规划的因素,分别阐述充电设施选址和容量规划方法;分析了充电调度策略对电网、充电设施运营商、用户的影响,按照优化目标介绍调度运行的不同策略;结合国内外相关电动汽车充电示范应用,说明了调度策略的实际运行效果;围绕现有电动汽车充电问题中存在的不足,展望了电动汽车充电问题的未来发展方向。The planning and scheduling of charging infrastructure are the key factors to meet the charging demand of electric vehicles.The planning and scheduling of charging facilities are based on charging demand prediction.Based on this,the time distribution and spatial distribution prediction methods of charging demand are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their application scenarios are expounded.The factors that affect the planning of charging facilities are summarized,and the methods of site selection and capacity planning of charging facilities are expounded respectively.The influence of charging scheduling strategy on power grid,charging facility operators and users is analyzed,and different scheduling strategies are presented according to optimization targets.Combined with electric vehicle charging demonstration applications at home and abroad,the actual operation effect of scheduling strategy is explained.Based on the existing shortcomings of electric vehicle charging problems,the future development direction of electric vehicle charging problems is prospected.
