摘  要:随着可再生能源的开发利用,逆变型电源不断接入电力系统,使得发电侧的同构同步发电机向异构电源转变。针对含异构电源的电网,提出一种基于固定时间一致性的分布式有功控制以实现电源间的频率同步和相角聚合。根据强物理耦合性建立电力系统的信息-物理系统模型;针对无领导者和领导者-跟随者情景分别设计了异构电源的分布式有功控制策略,利用Lyapunov函数对所提控制器进行稳定性分析,并考虑延时对控制器设计的影响。通过IEEE 39节点系统的时域仿真结果验证了所提控制器的优越性和鲁棒性。With the utilization of renewable generators,inverter-based generators are continuously integrated into the power system,which makes homogeneous synchronous generators on the generation side evolve into heterogeneous generators.Aiming at the power grid with heterogeneous generators,a distributed active power control based on fixed-time consensus is proposed to achieve frequency synchronization and phase angle coherence among generators.Based on the strong physical coupling,a cyber-physical model of the po-wer system is established.Distributed active power control strategies for heterogeneous generators are proposed for leaderless and leader-follower scenarios,respectively.The stability of the proposed controller is analyzed using Lyapunov functions,and the effect of time delay on controller design is also considered.The superiority and robustness of the proposed controller are validated through time-domain simulation results on the IEEE 39-bus system.
