摘　　要：进入2023年以来,乳制品消费市场持续低迷,原料奶过剩矛盾突出。从2022年开始,国内生鲜乳价格连续下滑,据农业农村部定点监测统计,到2024年9月国内生鲜乳价格连续21个月环比下降,奶牛养殖业进入低谷。为了积极应对行业面临的困难局面,笔者对黑龙江地区奶牛饲喂成本及本地饲料资源利用情况进行了调研,特别对低饲喂成本养殖案例开展了深入分析,以供奶牛养殖场借鉴参考。Since 2023,the consumption of dairy has continued to be depressed,with a prominent contradiction of surplus raw milk.Starting from 2022,the price of fresh milk in China has been continuously declining.According to the monitoring statistics of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,by September 2024,the price of domestic fresh milk had been declining for 21 consecutive months,and dairy farming is in the doldrums.In order to actively tackle the difficulties faced by the industry,the author conducted a survey on the feeding cost of dairy cows and the utilization of local feed resources in Heilongjiang province,especially carried out an in-depth analysis on the lowfeeding-cost breeding cases,and recommended a low-cost feeding model,hoping that dairy farms can draw on and apply it.
