摘　　要：热应激是奶牛对高温环境所产生的一种非特异性反应,会引起各项生理机能紊乱,对奶牛的泌乳活动、生殖繁育等均造成影响,严重者会出现死亡,严重影响奶牛养殖的经济效益。如何预防及缓解热应激是奶牛养殖业的重点关注问题,本文从奶牛热应激的评估标准、对机体的影响、热应激的预防及应对措施等方面进行阐述,以供参考。Heat stress is a non-specific response of cows to high temperature environments,which will cause various physiological disorders,affecting lactation activities,reproduction and breeding of cows,and in serious cases may result in death,which will seriously affect the economic benefits of dairy farming.How to prevent and alleviate heat stress is a key concern in the dairy farming.In this paper,the assessment criteria of heat stress in dairy cows,the effects and the prevention of heat stress are described for reference.
