摘 要:为全面掌握贵州省“粮改饲”项目实施地区全株玉米青贮饲料质量状况,提升青贮饲料加工技术水平,确保粮改饲实施效果,从全省实施粮改饲项目地区的8个市(州)17个县区采集青贮饲料样品,测定其营养指标和发酵指标,采用全株玉米青贮质量分级指数进行质量评价。结果显示,所采集全株玉米干物质含量21.5%~40.3%、粗蛋白质含量6.9%~10.6%、淀粉含量7.3%~41.7%、粗脂肪含量2.7%~4.6%、30h中性洗涤纤维消化率48.6%~65.3%、氨态氮含量0.4%~1.0%、乳酸含量2.4%~6.5%,全株玉米青贮质量低于全国平均水平。To comprehensively grasp the quality status of whole-plant maize silage feed in Guizhou Province,improve the level of silage processing technology,and ensure the implementation effect of grain to feed conversion.Silage samples were collected from 8 cities and 17 counties in Guizhou province,and their nutritional and fermentation indicators were measured.The whole-plant maize silage quality scoring index was used for quality evaluation.The results showed that the dry matter content was 21.5%~40.3%,crude protein content was 6.9%~10.6%,starch content was 7.3%~41.7%,crude fat content was 2.7%~4.6%,30 hour neutral washing fiber digestion rate was 48.6%~65.3%,ammonia nitrogen content was 0.4%~1.0%,and lactic acid content was 2.4%~6.5%.The quality of whole-plant maize silage is still 10.7%lower than the national average level.
