摘　　要：建立人参归脾丸中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量测定方法:检测样品采用90%乙腈匀质提取,玉米赤霉烯酮免疫亲和柱净化,超高效液相色谱柱分离,三重四极杆质谱检测器检测。结果显示,玉米赤霉烯酮的进样量在0.007 89~0.789 ng内的线性相关系数r=0.999 5,平均回收率为83.1%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。玉米赤霉烯酮的检出限为1.0μg/kg。方法的灵敏度高,准确性好。12批人参归脾丸中有2批超出有效期的大蜜丸剂型检出玉米赤霉烯酮,表明人参归脾丸在有效期内污染玉米赤霉烯酮的风险较低,但超出有效期,大蜜丸会存在污染玉米赤霉烯酮的安全风险。Establish a method for determining the content of zearalenone in Ginseng Guipi Pills.The test sample was uniformly extracted with 90%acetonitrile,purified by zearalenone immunoaffinity column,separated by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography column,and detected by triple quadrupole mass spectrometry detector.As a result,the linear correlation coefficient r=0.9995 for the injection amount of zearalenone ranged from 0.00789 to 0.789 ng,with an average recovery rate of 83.1%and the RSD was 1.8%(n=6).The detection limit of zearalenone is 1.0μg/kg.The method has good specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy.Among the 12 batches of Ginseng Guipi Pills,2 batches of large honey pills with expired specifications detected zearalenone.This indicates that the safety of zearalenone in Ginseng Guipi Pills is relatively good within its validity period.If it exceeds the validity period,there is a safety risk of zearalenone in the specifications of large honey pills.
